Right of withdrawal

This instruction applies to consumers (§ 13 BGB). Anyone entering into the contract for a trade, business, or profession has no statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. For a credit top-up, the period begins on the day the credit is added to your account.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

What this means for a credit balance

A credit balance is a prepayment towards future services. As long as it has not been used, we refund it in full on withdrawal.

Where part of the balance has already settled an invoice, it has paid for services we actually provided. That part is not refunded. What we refund is the amount still unused when your withdrawal reaches us.

So that as much of your balance as possible stays refundable, we always use paid credit that is still within its withdrawal period last. We use credit that expires soonest first, and your promotional credit before your own money.
